Refund policy

Refunds and Returns

You are entitled to a product refund or exchange if your purchase is returned within 14 working days of receipt. Please notify us by email at info@tangand.co.uk that you wish to return your purchase. Your purchase must be returned in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. We will not refund or exchange if the product is damaged, used or altered in any way. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Furniture and other large items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if ordered in.

We will process your refund by the same means with which you made your payment within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. Please include your name and order number with your package and obtain proof of posting. We are not responsible for any items that do not reach us.

Incomplete or Damaged items

If your order hasn’t arrived by the agreed date or arrives incomplete or damaged, please contact us immediately by phone at 01799 500955 / 07914495349 or email at info@tangand.co.uk. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days and in their original packaging to show they arrived damaged.
